# Cancelando a minha conta do APP

A qualquer momento que precisar, você poderá cancelar a sua conta do app através do menu lateral. Selecionando a opção \[Configurações]:

Em seguida, seguiria para a opção \[Deletar Conta]. Depois em \[Excluir Conta].

Ao escolher deletar sua conta, será encaminhado para o Portal de atendimentos aos direitos do titular. No qual deve informar:&#x20;

-> Quem sou: Cidadão, terceirizado, cliente, etc.\
-> Minha requisição: neste caso seria \[eliminação de dados]\
-> CPF do titular: O CPF da conta que está sendo excluida\
-> Nome completo do titular: Nome do titular da conta a ser excluída\
-> Celular do requisitante: Celular do titular da conta a ser excluída\
-> E-mail para retorno: Será usado para encaminhar e-mail de confirmação.\
-> Descrição da requisição: Informar a solicitação, e de forma opcional, pode estar informando o motivo da decisão.

Após preenchido o formulário de exclusão, será encaminhado ao setor responsável no qual irá fazer a exclusão dos dados em um prazo máximo de 30 dias. Geralmente é respondido pela equipe ainda no mesmo dia da solicitação.
