# Verificar Informações QUIZ

Caso seja detectado que seu CPF contém dados pre-registrados pela secretaria de saúde, é possível que seja solicitado a resposta de um conjunto de perguntas de múltipla escolha. Este QUIZ tem como finalidade avaliar se os dados que estão registrados em sua conta estão atualizados.

A tela inicial do questionário, exibe a seguinte informação:

Após a resposta das perguntas, irá ser exibido a resposta da validação.

-> Caso todas as respostas sejam corretas, será exibido mensagem de \[sucesso]\
e seu cadastro será \[homologado] automaticamente. Com isso terá acesso a todas as funcionalidades do sistema sem precisar cadastrar mais nenhuma informação.

-> Caso tenha respondido qualquer uma das perguntas incorretamente, será exibido mensagem 'Ops!'
